DESCRIPTION

  • Drafted and pitched a level design document including a summary, flow and pacing, necessary mechanics, expected skill level, the level playtime, cutscenes and narrative beats present in the level, the overall aesthetic, and an overhead layout of the level

  • Whiteboxed/Blockmeshed level using primitive assets and hand-made geometry from Maya to establish a space to test mechanics and gameplay

  • Created action blocks using Unreal Engine's Blueprints and mechanics to be implemented into main level

  • Created cinematic flythrough of levels using Unreal Engine' Sequencer

  • Hosted playtests of level to gather player data and make necessary iterations

  • Set dressed and kit-bashed the level using assets created by the art team
